For regional areas (beyond 50kms from nearest capital city), add 2 working days.
For some areas, an Air Express service may be available. If this service is required, it must be quoted and submitted to you as the client for approval.
Please keep in mind that this service does not guarantee next-day delivery but speeds up the delivery service.
Our Delivery Cost Promise has certain exceptions, particularly for large sheet products such as flute sheet board, ACM sheets or foamboard. Due to their size, these items incur higher shipping costs, making it necessary to charge a delivery fee if the shipping address is outside Metro Perth. If you no longer require any unused products you bought, or you’re not 100% satisfied with them, you can return them to us for full credit. We believe that to have the easiest possible experience, our customers should not worry about requirements changing and there should be no time limit on returns either.

With the Eurotech 365 Day Returns policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.
All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you are a ‘consumer’, as defined under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Warranty is issued by Eurotech Group ABN 60 304 820 957, hereinafter referred to as “Eurotech”. This warranty in no way restricts, modifies or excludes your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or other similar or related acts.
This exclusion includes liability for any damages caused by the product or the failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits or savings or special, incidental or consequential damages. Eurotech reserves the right to choose the appropriate method of reparation for goods as above which do not meet the consumer guarantees.
This limitation of liability applies whether damages are sought, or a claim made, under this Warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim or any other claim. However, this limitation of liability will not apply to claims for personal injury.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, in all other such cases where the product is of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, this exclusion does not apply.
Nothing in this term or Warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which following the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 applies to your purchase and which may not be so excluded, restricted or modified.
This policy only applies to returns made for reasons of ‘change of mind’ under clause 1 of Eurotech’s Voluntary Warranty above. It in no way restricts, modifies or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law especially those regarding consumer guarantees.
